Returns and Refunds Policy
Returning Items
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. (returnlabel is the customers responsibility) Please include the tracking number with your return. Refunds for the purchase price will be processed once we receive the returned items. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back. Once returned our team will inspect the package, and once this has been accepted. We will provide the refund within 5 working days.
Easy Return Process - 6 Steps
To qualify for a return, your purchase must be unused and in original condition. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

- We will reply with the return shipping address
- Pack your items carefully and send them back using your preferred shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs and shipping label are your responsibility
- Our team will send you updates as your return progresses
- You'll receive a confirmation once we get your return
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Received a Faulty Item?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact our support team immediately with the following details:
- Your order number
- The damaged item’s name
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the fault
For damage during delivery, please also include a photo of the damaged parcel. Claims for delivery damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that refunds, exchanges, or replacements cannot be processed without proof of damage.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you were sent the wrong item, contact our support team right away and provide:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty Products
We bear the costs of returns for faulty, damaged, or defective items.
Returning Items for Other Reasons
For returns due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain a return receipt for tracking purposes.
